• Monday 21st – Wednesday 23rd December: 8:00am – 5:30pm
• Thursday 24th December – Christmas Eve: 5:00am – 5:00pm
• Friday 25th December – Christmas Day: CLOSED
• Saturday 26th December – Boxing Day: 10:00am – 4:00pm
• Sunday 27th December: 10:00am – 4:00pm
• Monday 28th December – Boxing Day Public Holiday: 10:00am – 4:00pm

We only take pre-orders for our three set Christmas Seafood Packages.

But don’t worry if you’re not after a package - we will be fully stocked with seafood throughout the festive season. Keep reading for our tips on making your Christmas seafood shopping quick and easy.

We are fully stocked for Christmas, with our industrial-sized freezers filled to the brim with a huge range of snap-frozen seafood.

Our best advice is simple:

Beat the rush, come in early and stock up before the busiest days arrive.

Visit us earlier in December and stock up on your snap-frozen seafood before the Christmas rush.

We have an extensive frozen range including:

• Squid, Calamari, Octopus
• Frozen Whole Fish & Fish Fillets
• Natural Oysters, Kilpatrick Oysters, 5 dozen bags of unopened Oysters, Creamy Seafood Scallop Mornay
• Ready to cook products: crumbed and battered fish, crumbed scallops etc

Simply keep your seafood frozen at home, then transfer it to the fridge the day before you plan to enjoy it.

A slow defrost in the fridge is always best.

Option 1 – Stock up early in December 🔥 Highly Recommended 🔥

The first couple of weeks of December are much quieter than the 23^rd & 24^th of December, making this the easiest and most convenient time to shop.

Purchase your snap-frozen seafood early and store it in your freezer at home. The day before you plan to enjoy it, simply transfer it to the fridge for a slow defrost.

If you also require products that need to be purchased fresh closer to Christmas — such as fresh fish, fresh oysters, live mud crabs or live mussels — you can simply return for those items on the 23rd or 24th.

This means you only need to brave the Christmas rush for the fresh items you need.

Option 2 – Embrace the Christmas rush

If you enjoy the festive buzz, you are more than welcome to do all your seafood shopping on the 23rd or 24th of December.

Please keep in mind that these are two of our busiest days of the entire year and the store will be extremely busy.

If you’re mainly after snap-frozen seafood such as prawns, bugs, lobsters, scallops, squid or octopus, we strongly recommend Option 1.

Getting these products early could save you hours during Christmas week.

Christmas Seafood Packages can be pre-ordered online via our website from:

1st November to 18th December

Full payment is required when ordering.

Each year we offer three set Christmas Seafood Packages, packed with premium snap-frozen seafood.

Our packages will be announced shortly.

Please note:

• Packages are set and cannot be altered.
• Individual products cannot be substituted.
• Packages must be paid for in full when ordered.
• All seafood in the packages is snap frozen.

For best results, simply transfer your seafood from the freezer to the fridge the day before you plan to enjoy it.

Easy!

Orders can be placed online through our website from 1st November until 18th December.

When ordering, you will select your preferred collection date and time.

Collection from 19th–22nd December

• If collecting between the 19th and 22nd December, simply ask for your package at the register when you arrive.

Collection on 23rd or 24th December

• The 23rd and 24th are extremely busy and there will usually be a large queue of customers waiting to enter the shop.

If you have pre-ordered a Christmas Seafood Package, you do not need to join the general customer queue.

Simply:

1. Walk directly to the retail shop entrance.
2. Show your Christmas Package order receipt to security.
3. Security will allow you to enter for package collection.
4. Christmas Package collection is located between the live mud crab tank and the fish fillet and whole fish fridge.

Pre-ordering your package is one of the easiest ways to make your Christmas seafood shopping quick and stress-free.
